Venue

The conference will be held in Copenhagen, at the campus of Aalborg University Copenhagen. The main part of the Copenhagen campus is located in the former buildings of NOKIA, in the South Harbour (Sydhavn) district of Copenhagen.

How to get there

It is easy to find Aalborg University Copenhagen (AAU-Cph). It is located at A. C. Meyers Vænge 15, in south-west Copenhagen, only a few kilometers from the center of the city. That means that you can get here by car, as well as by bike or by public transportation.

Train

From Copenhagen Central Station

From Copenhagen Central Station “Hovedbanegården“, you can catch both the S-train line A towards Køge Station, or the S-train line E towards Hundige Station to your destination, Sydhavn Station. Sydhavn Station is within walking distance of the university. The walk usually takes no more than about 10 min. Check out both route and timetables at The Journey Planner.

By Train from the Airport

From Copenhagen Airport you can take the Metro to Nørreport Station. From here you can take the S-train lines A or E to Sydhavn Station.

From Copenhagen you can reach AAU-Cph with several different bus lines:

Parking at campus:

  • Three hours of free parking with a parking disc.
  • Day tickets are issued at the Reception in A.C. Meyers Vænge 15 between 8:00 and 15:30 on weekdays.
